• Is disinfestation dangerous to our health?

All chemicals used in indoor/outdoor pest control are approved by the National Organization for Medicines. They are odorless, safe and NOT dangerous to humans, as they are properly tested before use.
In rare cases of sensitivity, our technician will inform you and provide the necessary instructions.

• Can I do disinfestation myself?

You may carry out basic insecticide applications on your own, as long as you strictly follow the instructions for use and the necessary protective measures. However, full disinfestation treatment must be done by a certified technician.
Improper use of insecticides may create more problems than it solves.

• After disinfection/disinfestation, should the house remain closed / uninhabited for hours / days?

In domestic disinfection/disinfestation, only approved products are used that do not require prolonged absence from the premises.
